The Time 2.0 Service is a subscription based online
service that provides customers with time tracking and time reporting features.

Personal Accounts (individual-user)
The Time 2.0 Services is provided free of charge to
registered users on an individual basis.
In return, we simply ask for:
- your feedback in the form of an email to
time2dot0.support@xilution.com on the service's features and
usability.
- your referral of our service to others you feel may
benefit from the site's features.
Xilution, Inc. reserves the right to revoke this privilege at any time.

Business Accounts (multiple-user)
Business account features are
available to registered users with accounts in good standing or to registered users
who have taken advantage of our free trial period. A
30 day free trial period is available for first time business account registrants.
After such time, to continue using business account features, users will be required to pay a monthly fee.
The Time 2.0 Service is provided on a "pay ahead" basis. On the
first day of each month, a PayPal invoice is sent
to the super user of active business accounts via email. PayPal allows multiple payment
methods including credit card. The amount
invoiced is equal to the number of active users registered on the account on
the first day of the month multiplied by the posted rate per
user count (see Monthly Usage Fee Per Business Account). The invoice covers usage of the Time 2.0 Service through
the end of that month. That is to say, an invoice sent out on January 1st
covers usage of the service through the end of the month of January.
Invoices are considered delinquent if they are unpaid after 30 days of the invoice date.
Xilution, Inc. reserves the right to deactivate delinquent accounts or to convert delinquent
accounts to personal status.
A business account can have one to many users. The number of
users per business account is unlimited.
Usage over 500 transactions per day per user is subject
to overage charges. An over usage fee will be charged at a
rate of $0.05 USD per transaction in excess of 500 transactions per user per
day. This includes but is not limited to inserts, updates and
deletes of time entry records. Over usage will be measured on a
per user per day basis at the end of each month.

Closing Your Account
You may close your account at anytime. Closing your
account will block user access to the service. If you choose to close your account,
your data will not be deleted. It will be retained in perpetuity
and can be recovered at anytime. You can recover your data post
closing your account by either reopening your account or by requesting a
data export. See Data Export below.

Data Export
You can purchase your data on a per
record basis. The rate is $0.05 USD per 100 records. If you would
like to purchase your data please contact
time2dot0.support@xilution.com and we will burn your data in XML format to
a CD or DVD and mail it to you. A $20.00 USD service charge and a $5.00 USD
shipping and handling charge will be applied to these requests in addition to
the per record charge.
